1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Engagement

The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Content, etc.) are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or contracts signed between Cutting Edge Martial Arts LLC and the Client. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and a signed contract, the signed contract shall prevail.

3. Payment and Billing

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

Invoices for recurring services (e.g., SEO retainers, Ad Management fees) are due upon receipt.
Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) by the Client, unless a managed spend arrangement is in place.
Cutting Edge Martial Arts LLC reserves the right to pause services for accounts past due by more than 15 days.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom creative assets (images, copy, video) created for the Client become the property of the Client upon full payment. Cutting Edge Martial Arts LLC retains the rights to its proprietary methodologies, tools, and pre-existing code libraries used to deliver the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cutting Edge Martial Arts LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
